Started Grey Matter back in 2006 with an idea to design t-shirts about L.A. that I grew up in, which is the South Los Angeles area. Photography is the inspiration of this line. To capture landmarks and the culture of the surrounding area. Myself and group of other artists contribute our photography to this line. Each artists has a different point of view of Los Angeles and it shows the true everyday life of this city.
D.V. Clothing (Dirty Vato Clothing) is another line that I started in 2007 to help me creatively articulate the culture of L.A. that I see. From pop culture references, latino heritage, car culture and a true L.A. lifestyle that is ever changing. Theses two clothing lines fall under the same brain of expressing that idea.
